Made entirely of 3 mm thick AISI 304 steel, the Digama dirt separation tank guarantees initial cleaning of the tomato, eliminating mud and stones thanks to a system of grids and scrapers. The mud is expelled from the motorized side, while the stones are expelled from the moving side. The clean tomato is then pushed into a conveyor via a flow of water. The useful length is built according to the customer’s needs and ranges from 5 to 18m.
